Employment and Human Resources

(2) Legal services for HR tech companies

We provide specialized legal services to HR tech companies regarding legal issues associated with the development and provision of HR tech services for recruitment, evaluation, labor management, etc. We support the establishment of risk management and legal compliance systems specific to HR tech businesses, including compliance with labor law, the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, AI guidelines, etc., the legality of personnel decisions made by algorithms, privacy measures related to data collection, use, and storage, and the creation of terms of use, privacy policies, and contracts.

(3) Internal training and compliance education

We offer a variety of in-house training programs on topics such as harassment prevention, labor law, disciplinary action, mental health, internal reporting systems, and labor union relations. Based on practical experience, we provide easy-to-understand and practical content for managers, general employees, and human resources departments, contributing to the improvement of compliance awareness within the company and the prevention of legal risks.
